Dan Joyner Commercial, Hope focuses on the growth and development of retail properties while also working across office, land, and industrial sectors. Her lifelong knowledge of the market, combined with hands-on experience as a retail business owner and manager, allows her to bring a unique, practical perspective to every transaction.
Hope began her real estate career in residential sales before transitioning into commercial real estate. Prior to that, she spent years managing her family’s business, Tz’s Fine Wines & Spirits, and working as a wine distributor. This background provides her with a strong foundation in retail operations, marketing, and client service—insight she now applies to help her clients succeed in commercial real estate.
She is highly active in the industry and community, holding memberships with the Greater Greenville REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the Multiple Listing Service, and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), where she is a charter member and former Chair of Special Events.
Hope’s community involvement extends well beyond real estate. She served as Chair of Taste of the Upstate for nearly 20 years and is an active member of The Philoptochos Society and the Daughters of Penelope. She is also a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, where she has served as Sunday School Director and on the Parish Council, and remains actively involved in the church’s annual Greek Festival.
